What Happens After I Apply?
Once you have filled out the online application form you will find we will work quickly to ensure your enquiry is dealt with as quickly as possible.
Step 1 - Our friendly staff will run through your requirements. We will then make an appointment to come out and value your house.
Step 2 - Within 24 hours of our visit we will make you a written offer for your property. This will be based on an independent professional valuation. The offer letter will also include details of the proposed timescales to complete your house sale.
Step 3 - If you are happy with the offer, all you need to do is sign the agreement and return it to us in the pre-paid envelope provided in your welcome pack.
Step 4 – Red2Black will instruct a solicitor to complete the purchase of your house, within the timescales agreed with you.
