Our Rent Back option allows you to sell your home at the fair market price and to continue living at the property on a rental basis rather than a mortgage basis - which will, of course, be at a reduced rate.
In addition we will also instruct our solicitors to prepare a document that allows you to have the option of buying back your home should your financial circumstance improve.

When you rent the property from Red2Black you are legally protected by an Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreement. Sell and Rent Back means that you can rent the property for anything from 6 months with a periodic tenancy, which means that you can stay as long as you wish. The rental figure is determined by the condition of your home and local market forces.
We offer rental rates at market prices and any Buy Back option would be at a fair, pre-agreed price.
Remember, you are not under any obligation to proceed when we make you an offer. Our aim is to help find a mutually beneficial solution.
Sell & Buy Back Option
For those not wishing to leave their home at any point in the near future, we also offer an added service, termed Sell and Buy Back.
What this means is that we can offer a legal guarantee that you will be able to buy back your property at any time in the near future, whilst we remain legal owners.
This works in exactly the same way as Sell and Rent Back in that you pay rent whilst you reside at the property but have the option to buy back your home when your ready to do so.
